Eligibility
The LRE Youth Ambassadors Network is designed to engage and inspire young Europeans who have a passion for WWII remembrance, history education and active civic engagement. To ensure a diverse and dynamic group of participants, the following eligibility criteria must be met:
- Age: Applicants must be between 15 and 30 years old at the time of application.
- Nationality: Applicants must be citizens or residents of countries within the European Union, the European Economic Area (EEA) or from Ukraine, North Macedonia, Serbia, Türkiye, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro or Moldova.
- Language Proficiency: A good command of English is commended, as it will be the main language of communication throughout the program. The events also provide an excellent opportunity to practise your English. In addition, we have a multilingual team who can help if there is any doubt.
- Interest in History: Applicants should demonstrate a genuine interest in World War II history, remembrance, and cultural heritage. Prior knowledge is not required, but participants should be willing to learn about the topic.
